Joe and I have done this for two summers and we loved it both times. We rented a Mini Cooper for 24 hours, put a James Taylor CD in (because he is the voice of the Island), and drove all over, through Edgartown, to Morning Glory Farm, out West Chop, to the Scottish Bake House. There’s a big view with no top on the car. We had lobster in Aquinnah, came home after dark, under stars, through trees on Middle Road, top down, music up, heater on. Perfection.
