The famous Pagoda Tree is directly across the street, one block above the harbor. Restaurants, town beaches, shopping, art galleries and the Martha’s Vineyard Museum are within easy walking distance.
Open Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend, the Victorian has 14 guest rooms with private baths, ceiling fans, air conditioning, antique furniture and period decor. Many rooms have canopy beds; several have a private deck or balcony and some overlook the English garden or have a view of the harbor and Chappaquiddick Island. A complimentary gourmet breakfast and afternoon tea are served each day in the garden, weather permitting, or fireside in the dining room. Wi-fi service and internet ports are available throughout the inn.
