Blue Crab Kitchen was established in 2010 by Peter Lodi and Whitney Lodi in Edgartown, Massachusetts on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Together, Peter and Whitney create a fine dining experience with carefully crafted menus, elegant table settings and prompt, thoughtful service. After years of working for catering companies, private chefs, and restaurants the two eventually took on clients of their own. In the summer of 2011, Peter and Whitney began providing Private Chef Services that would keep clients coming back for more. Their specialty is providing full-service dining with comfort classic recipes as well as sourcing the finest ingredients from farm, field and sea.
