Breakfast burritos at Scottish Bakehouse
Swimming at Great Rock Bight
Blueberry Ale at Newes
“I wake up around 10 or 11 am- it’s a beautiful, sunny day, but not a scorcher. Its in the high 70s, low 80s, with a breeze whenever you need it. I start off the day with a bike-ride around the airport loop. After getting back, I shower, and head to Scottish Bakehouse with some of the other Vineyard Sound guys, where I get a breakfast burrito. We eat there quick, then head to Great Rock Beach. We stay there for 4 or 5 hours- we swim, throw some disc, a bit of kadima, and jump off the greatest of rocks, of course. From there, we head home, take a quick shower, then head to the Newes for dinner and the best Blueberry ale around. After that, we come back to the house, play beer pong and slap cup. We drive over to Lambert’s Cove around midnight, where the bioluminescence is particularly great that night. We decide to have a campfire there, hang out, have some smores, and stay until sunrise. On the way home, we decide to stop by Jaw’s Bridge and jump off. Finally, we go home and sleep the next day away. “
